Who Am I?

My name is István Tóth, and I was born in Szeghalom, Hungary. I currently reside in Vésztő, but I’ve traveled across almost the entire country. I grew up in a loving and supportive family who always encouraged me to follow my dreams.

After finishing primary school, I attended high school in Szeghalom, and after graduation, I went to a technical school in Békés, where I earned a qualification as a machine manufacturing technologist. Later, I served in the Hungarian Army as a professional soldier in the 32nd II. Rákóczi Ferenc Engineering Brigade, specifically in the II. Bridge-building Battalion. After a significant change in my life, I began my university studies at the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Miskolc. During my university years, I participated in numerous projects that laid the foundation for my professional career. Over the years, I also studied at the Corvinus University of Budapest and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, further equipping myself with knowledge.

After earning my degree, I worked as a foundry operations manager in a small family-owned foundry, where I gained a wealth of professional experience. Following the economic crisis, I worked at several large companies, gaining experience in the technological assembly and construction industries. I was part of many successful projects, and on occasion, I even led some, which helped me develop my problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities. Later, I gained expertise in the field of occupational safety, leading safety teams on construction projects and preparing numerous safety documents from planning to execution. I am currently working as a freelance occupational safety expert and engineer in my own business.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking and photography. I’m also an avid reader, particularly interested in science fiction and technological topics. I regularly participate in local environmental initiatives because I believe that we all have a role to play in securing the future of our planet.

My interest in electric cars stems from my passion for technological innovation and environmental protection. My dream is to purchase an electric car, which would not only help me reduce my personal ecological footprint but also set an example for others on the importance of sustainable living. With an electric car, I would be able to more easily attend various projects, events, and volunteer programs.

My Goal

I created this website to find supporters for an important goal of mine: to acquire my own electric car. I have always been passionate about environmental protection, and I believe that owning an electric car would allow me to contribute to a more sustainable future.
